The portfolio of ASR Dutch Science Park Fund consists of commercial real estate on science parks in the Netherlands.

Van Marken Food Innovation Center

dsm-firmenich is a leading innovator in nutrition, health and beauty, and a tenant at the Van Marken Food Innovation Centre (approx. 10,000 m²). The building houses, among other things, the Taste, Texture & Health business unit and features modern offices, a cooking studio and a tasting room for the development of healthy and sustainable food applications.

Oldelft, TU Delft Campus

Oldelft Ultrasound (3,840 m²) is a nature-integrated, circular building on the TU Delft Campus. Oldelft is a tenant and develops and manufactures miniature equipment for medical ultrasound diagnostics.

The Gallery, Kennispark Twente

The multi-tenant building The Gallery (4,000 m²) for knowledge commercialisation and innovative entrepreneurship is located on the University of Twente campus. The building, where knowledge and technology converge, is home to Designlab University of Twente, start-ups, scale-ups and established companies.

SL Plaza

The SL Plaza office and laboratory building is located at Leiden Bio Science Park and comprises approximately 2,200 m² of office space and 3,900 m² of laboratory space (ML2). The tenants are Leiden University of Applied Sciences and three biopharmaceutical companies: Eurofins, Charles River and Pharming. These companies form part of the Leiden Bio Science Park community, one of Europe’s leading life sciences hubs.

The multi-tenant buildings at the Beijerinck Centre on the Delft Biotech Campus provide premises for start-ups and scale-ups in the biotechnology sector and offer shared facilities such as a restaurant, a gym and meeting rooms.

Avery Dennison

The Avery Dennison European HQ is a striking and sustainable office and laboratory building, located at the Leiden Bio Science Park. Avery Dennison has a long-term lease on the building and is a global leader in materials science, labelling and digital identification technologies, which are used in sectors such as healthcare.
