The ASR Dutch Prime Retail Fund is the go-to provider for flagship stores and offers retail space for emerging concept stores in prime locations. Right in the heart of the shopping districts in major cities. Brands such as The Nude Project, LEGO® Store and other retailers can already be found at these unique, high-visibility and dynamic locations.

District shopping centres throughout the Netherlands

The ASR Dutch Prime Retail Fund has several district shopping centres in its portfolio. Centrally located within the neighbourhood for everyday shopping, they feature supermarkets, a bakery, a butcher, a chemist and other shops. These are easily accessible locations and therefore of great value to residents and businesses alike.

Hospitality

The hospitality sector has become an integral part of Dutch city centres. It contributes to the vibrancy and quality of the environment, thereby strengthening shopping districts. The ASR Dutch Prime Retail Fund views the hospitality sector as a valuable addition to high street locations, where it works alongside shops and other amenities to create vibrant city centres.

Oldest shopping arcade in the Netherlands in The Hague

De Passage is the oldest existing shopping centre in the Netherlands and accommodates a mixture of national and international leading retailers. The old Haagse Passage was built in 1885 and renovated in 2007. The completion of the new part of De Passage in 2014 has had a significant effect on the flow of visitors in The Hague’s city centre and to the historic part of De Passage.

With over 9,500 m2 in a beautiful location in Amsterdam, Koningsplein accommodates high-profile retailers. This recently renovated building between Singel and Herengracht is home to the Arket and UNIQLO flagship stores.
